Now I have a couple, normal scenario, met, flirted, all that jazz - no cheating them into my family (another issue all together). Webclick on the town hall, and select nraas story progression, then town options. Scroll down to "household" section. There's an option to allow/disallow moving as a family, and another for moving solo. Make sure they're set to false. Thank you! I did this and they're still moving! Its super frustrating!
