WebJan 11, 2024 · Every building that I ever took apart far enough to see the underlying foam boards had at least 1/4” (usually more) gaps between the boards, and there have been plenty. As they age they outgas and shrink. It is obvious that the boards shrank and pulled at their nails. Every brand does it, they are all extruded polystyrene. WebSPS 321.11 Foam plastic.
