WebDweck’s work shows the power of our most basic beliefs. Whether conscious or subconscious, they strongly “affect where we want and whether we success in received it.” Much concerning something we think we understand of our personality happen from our “mindset.” This both propels us and prevents us from fulfilling our potential. WebDweck is a professor at Stanford and the author of Mindset, a classic work on motivation and "growth mindset."
