WebTWF will give you more steady damage since you have a better chance of hitting the enemy per turn with multiple rolls, but Duelist will give you a bit more of a burst, and free up your bonus action to do something else (case Hunter's Mark, for example). WebDual Wielder as a feat will help your defense, and being able to attack as a bonus action will give you more Smites per turn. Be aware that the Smite spells (Branding Smite, etc) require a bonus action to activate, so you won't be able to use those and attack with your offhand weapon in the same round. WebTWF needs a weapon already in both hands to qualify, and so you'll need the Dual Wielder feat in order to draw two Thrown weapons with your Object Interaction, then you throw one, draw and throw a second/third/fourth one, assuming one or more Extra Attack (s) via Thrown Fighting Style, and then Bonus Action throw the second (off-hand) weapon.
